U.S. Education Department Affirms Sororities Are for Women

The U.S. Department of Education has clarified that sororities are for women, reinforcing the biological reality that sex is determined by DNA and cannot be altered. This decision directly challenges the Biden administration's science-defying gender identity agendas imposed on schools and colleges. The Office for Civil Rights stated that sororities admitting male students lose their Title IX exemption for single-sex membership, as they are no longer defined as women's organizations.
The clarification follows a 2022 incident at the University of Wyoming, where the national chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma forced a male student, Artemis Langford, into the sorority despite protests from female members. Langford reportedly lingered in common areas and became visibly aroused, leading to legal action by sorority members who were dismissed as bigots. The Education Department is now investigating the university for allowing males in female-only spaces.
The report also highlighted cases where sorority officials expelled members for opposing male inclusion, such as Payton McNabb, who was kicked out of Delta Zeta for confronting a man in the women's restroom. The Department emphasized that Title IX has long protected single-sex organizations, but admitting males forfeits that legal protection.
Education Secretary Linda McMahon has established a Title IX Special Investigations Team to hold schools accountable for allowing men into women's spaces, signaling a return to biological reality in education policies.
